You will be part of the sales team, qualifying opportunities for the business development team

? Assist Ergo?s Sales Team to achieve sales targets by ensuring that new and existing Ergo customers are delighted with their ?Ergo experience?.
? The key training activities of the role are:-
? Outbound Calls - pro-actively contacting new and existing customers.
? Inbound Calls - managing inbound sales/customer enquiries.
? Making quality, qualified appointments for Business Development Managers (including effective journey planning).
? Updating Ergo?s customer database to improve Ergo?s targeted marketing activities.
? Providing quotes to customers as directed.
Short description
? Customer service (telemarketing) role - (i) pro-actively contacting new and existing customers, (ii) managing inbound sales/customer enquiries.
? Raise customer awareness of Ergo, identify new business opportunities, and delight our customers.
? Working to targets.
