PremierService is a garage specialising in Mercedes servicing. They are looking for someone to be front of house.
Vacancy Detail
In this role you will be the front of house Service Adviser
- dealing with customers face to face and on the phone
- creating quotes, invoices and work orders
- locating parts
- dispatching parts for delivery and receive parts for repair.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Grades A - C in English, Maths and ICT
Personal Qualities
You will probably have had some experience in a customer facing role. You will be confident and used to solving problems to get the best outcome for the customer.
You will be logical with great communication skills. You will need to be able to work using your own initiative.
Skills Required
Good I.T. Skills essential to use company system software.
