Brief Description

SMH Fleet Solutions are looking for a motivated individual to join them as an Apprentice Parts Consultant.

Vacancy Detail

? Ordering parts for the technicians in the workshop by phone and online.
? Regular communication with workshop technicians
? Chasing missing/incorrect orders
? Returning unused parts
? Receiving, identifying and handling stock
? Advice and guidance on products and keeping costs in mind
? Delivering the highest level of customer care at all times

As you progress through your apprenticeship, your responsibilities will increase to include liaising with suppliers.

Qualifications Required

There are no entry requirements to apply, you will be required to complete online assessments in English, Maths and ICT

Personal Qualities

You will need to have a high level of attention to detail.
Good communication skills, be approachable and helpful

Skills Required

Must be computer literate as you will be using the companies own in-house computer system, which you will be given full training in.
