The role involves speaking with prospective clients over the telephone about our company and the services we can offer them. We deal in asset protection, probate; will writing, inheritance tax and trusts.
The Customer Service Apprenticeship responsibilities will include:
Meet and greet clients
Dealing with customers face to face
Reading emails and responding correctly about client?s enquiry
Basic admin duties such as post, filing,invoices
Keep internal and external customers updated
Other duties as and when required

Skills Required
You will need to be a self-driven, quality conscious, results orientated individual, who takes pride in providing the best customer service possible, with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task by managing several things at once. You will have a good telephone manner, the ability to build a good rapport with customers and clients and be committed to personal development.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship there is a full time role available for the successful candidate.
