It will take 13 months to gain the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Your training will take place in the workplace where you will get to learn practical skills by experiencing the real working environment. You will shadow qualified team members so that you are able to learn first-hand how to effectively do your job. Once you pass your assessments and progress through your course you will be able to start completing tasks on your own. You will be assigned a Development Coach from Remit who will visit you monthly to provide the required teaching and learning, ensure you are competent in completing tasks and on track to achieve your apprenticeship.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Communications
- Daily maintenance of Store Intranet Site ? loading, deleting and archiving of documents
- Ensure weekly scheduled reports are loaded for stores ? examples include Delivery Load Sheets, Out of Stock Report
- Support with communications activity - including collation of information
- Support in the creation and analysis of store surveys

Events & Conferences
- Support Retail Team Monthly Team Meetings
- Support Retail Store Manager Conferences

Operations
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of Personalisation Stations in UK Stores (troubleshooting, sending requisites (ink and labels) to stores, ordering hardware for repairs)
- Support retail operations projects and the creation of Retail Operations Tools
- Support updating Personal Safety Device Records and Online First Aid Enrolment
- Day-to-day responsibility for the monitoring and follow-up to store accidents, incidents and security incidents and escalating to relevant Support Office Teams
- Support information gathering and analysis from stores

Administration
- Maintenance of Team folders ? particularly photographs

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

As part of the application process Remit will contact you from a Nottingham number (0115) and run through the application process which will include online assessments in English & Maths. You will also complete a telephone interview before you will be considered for a face to face interview.
