Front of House - Hospitality Apprenticeship

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Caf? dealing with customers taking orders, serving orders, preparing tables and keeping all areas clean and tidy. You will also be supporting at the bakery counter, taking payments and offering an exceptional customer service experience. You will be working alongside the supervisor who will support your learning and help you gain all round knowledge of front of house activities. This is a fast paced and well respected caf? within the area of Cambridge.

This exciting opportunity offers you a chance to join a very busy small team of 10 team members, closely working together to provide excellent quality service for the customers in the caf?. The bakery has been established in the community for more than 100 years and prides itself on its quality of customer Service.

- Taking customers orders
