Apprentice Retail Assistant

Regenerate Swindon (formerly Cash Generator) have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Apprentice to join the team.

This is a great opportunity to begin a career in retail with a recognised qualification received after successfully completing the 13 month programme.

The job duties are;

- To have an awareness and understanding of the retail Regenerate-it concept
- To work with the team to ensure that the store trades as a model example of a Regenerate it store
- To meet and greet customers, identify their needs, and satisfy those needs as profitably as possible.
- To cross-promote and communicate the different services available to all customers.
- To maintain high standards of merchandising, display and housekeeping in the store.
- To ensure that the work area is kept clear and well presented at all times.
- To ensure that legislative standards are met, including Health & Safety and, wherever appropriate, Money Laundering Compliance
- To ensure the security and safety of all stock, staff and cash within the store at all times, and report any suspicious incidents to senior staff.
- Any other functions as deemed necessary or as may arise from time to time.

This role involves a bonus which the successful candidate will be part of as well as in house weekly incentives.

Applicants will be asked to complete short initial assessments in Maths and English.
