Brief Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work for Smart Bodyshop as a Customer Service Apprentice undertaking varied duties focusing on customer services.
Here you would be the first point of contact, the heart of the business and key communicator.
Vacancy Detail
The Customer Service Apprenticeship responsibilities will include:
? Interpreting customer concerns and comments
? Assisting customers in the best way possible
? Liaising with customers about additional products and services
? Keeping customers updated and informed
? Handling customer complaints
? Responding to customer requests
? Ensuring customers have a good impression of the business and its products and services
? Answer all incoming calls
? Provide advice on our products, services and repair works in a professional manner
? Welcome any visitors in a friendly and professional manner
? Maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
? General administration duties
Qualifications Required
There are no entry requirements to apply, however you will need to complete initial assessments in English, Maths and ICT.
Personal Qualities
Smart Bodyshop are looking for an enthusiastic people person, so someone who is approachable, not afraid to speak to new people and has a friendly attitude.
Skills Required
? Experience in Microsoft Office
? Good written and verbal communications skills
? Excellent telephone manner
Future Prospects
On successful completion of your apprenticeship you will receive NVQ Level 2 Certificates along with functional skills in Maths, English and ICT as well as an Employment rights and responsibilities project.
Other Information
Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is ?3.70 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
