IT Support Technician Apprenticeship - Level 3

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Logging, managing, and resolving service desk tickets
- Remote and onsite troubleshooting
- Network installation onsite
- Updating and installing the operating system as/when needed
- Provide daily support as/when needed

Qualifications Required

GCSEs in Maths and English
Full UK Driver's Licence (Required)
